While driving across country and in Utah yesterday, my left driver's side tire blew out on I-80 going west. Blew out like something from Fast & Furious 7. With the assistance of the excellent Jason from Hansen in Brigham City, I found the not to be messed with TAS Tire and Auto. On I drove to TAS where the leadership and expertise of Brent and the superior skills of John, all was made right. I am loyal to Goodyear and its products for my own reasons. That TAS Tire and Auto uses Goodyear tires exclusively sets the shop apart from others in the area and around the country. My thanks and appreciation to Brent, John, and the team!

When my front driver's side tire blew out like something out of "Fast & Furious 7," earlier today what could have wrecked my cross-country drive was made terrific with the leadership of Brent and the skills of John. I am loyal to Goodyear Tires for my own reasons. And I am now loyal to TAS Tire and Auto for the most important reasons: superior service, care, and results. TAS Tire and Automotive handled my tire warranty replacement like consummate professionals. I went to TAS after a horrible experience trying to get my warranty handled through the car dealership who I originally purchased my tires from. After over a month of trying to get my tires replaced and getting the "runaround" countless times, I brought my warranty issue to TAS on a Tuesday morning. Alan called Goodyear tire warranty, gave me a tremendous warranty credit towards new, higher quality tires, and scheduled me for service on Wednesday at 4pm. My tires were replaced, mounted, balanced AND an additional oil change were all completed and resolved by 5:45pm Wednesday evening! Amazing customer service and excellent overall service and assistance with a problem that didn't even originate from their store! To top it all off, Brent the store manager set me up with an eligible rebate I qualified for to get me even more savings during my checkout! Unbelievable! I would recommend TAS Tire and Automotive to my closest friends and family. They have definitely gained my respect, and more importantly, a new customer! I can't thank Brent, Alan, John, and the staff at TAS enough for helping me! Great to know that there are still businesses and people out there that actually care. A+ in my book from start to finish!

Dear TAS Goodyear thank you so much for the excellent service. I had an emergency on on Friday. Saturday you took my truck in the morning and by the afternoon had it ready to roll I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend TAS Good year for all your automotive needs
